At PPI, we have several programs that help teams create and plan on how to execute their business and/or operational strategy. We also help teams understand how to connect the importance of what they do to the strategy or mission of their organization or assignment. We evaluate the team's structure for understanding and we validate key deliverables, resources, and timeframes to facilitate success. Below are some areas we address in our highly interactive team engagements.

  • Gain awareness of the team‘s personality profile and implications related to work and must-win deliverables

  • Review and discuss individual personality profiles compared to team profile; address gaps and foster trust

  • Understand how individual profiles can or have already positively or negatively impacted team trust and performance

  • Comprehensively discuss the team‘s blind spots that can inhibit short and long-term success

  • Incorporate team strengths from comprehensive team personality profile to accelerate progress and sustain performance

  • Address and incorporate practical solutions that decreases or removes team blind spots and design next steps for accountability 

  • Provide insights on team‘s natural processes for communications, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making

  • Facilitate discussions that increases team commitment, trust, accountability, measurement, and support
