Team Assessments

A critical asset for any organization are teams designed to accomplish day-to-day and/or strategic tasks. In most cases, when an organization is faced with a challenge considered a “must-win” for the organization they either go to a team that already exist or they design a team. However, most teams are not effective. This is not typically because team members do not have the experience and/or expertise. Ineffective teams are usually the result of:
