High Potentials

Growing and developing a variety of successors that will advance the organization’s agenda and mission is critical to long-term strategic success. Identifying these individuals are one thing, but providing opportunities for these individuals to be ready is just as important.

 

At PPI, we work with organizations to help develop their senior and junior level high potentials. Each program is specifically designed to achieve maximum return on investment and value. We ensure each engagement puts high potentials through experiences that allows them to understand and become immersed into the company’s culture, strategy, leadership, and key projects associated with organizational growth.

 

An extensive amount of networking amongst and between high potentials and senior executives is intentionally integrated into the experience. Internal business and HR leaders along with PPI facilitators provide high potentials with company specific learnings to solve problems and create business opportunities in the areas of product development, technology, services, sales and marketing, market growth, operational effectiveness, leadership, organizational culture and talent management.
