Front-Line Leaders and/or Supervisors

PPI is committed to helping organizations build and reinforce the foundational principles of its culture and help introduce changes that are necessary for success and/or growth.  One of the most effective ways to do this is through the first level of leadership.

 

The purpose of the front-line leader development program is to enhance the talent of your organization's most important line of communication and leadership representing the senior executive team and their direct reports. In this learning experience, your leaders and our facilitators will communicate the expectations of front-line leaders, deliver focused training and development linked to key business imperatives, equip front-line leaders with the tools needed to drive and sustain results, and develop a talent pipeline for key professional and technical roles across the company.

 

The target audience includes supervisors who are the first level of supervision within your organization with or without direct reports. The length of the program is flexible. We set schedules based on desired speed of impact to influence and reinforce company culture and/or the need to accelerate financial or operational results. The session will cover topics in the disciplines of Management, Leadership, Project Management, Fundamentals of Team Effectiveness, Safety, Operational Excellence, and Finance.
